2nd Croatian-German Workshop on Current Issues in Human Trafficking

Members of the MPPG for “Balkan Criminology” participated on the Second Croatian-German Workshop on Current Issues in Human Trafficking, which was held in Freiburg i. Br. on 20th of June 2014. Assist. Prof. Dr. Anna-Maria Getoš Kalac gave a talk on trafficking statistics and their alternatives , which was followed by a presentation by Karlo Ressler in which he presented his PhD project on trafficking in and through the Balkans . Sunčana Roksandić Vidlička discussed the importance of national risk assessment of money laundering in combating human trafficking. Child soldiers- trafficking of children as a war crime was examined by Aleksandar Maršavelski.
